Graduated in Economics, currently studying an MBA at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, he has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry. He began his career in 1999 at AFAP SURA, where he worked for 14 years in the investment platform, of which he was also Manager until 2012.

During that same year he led the creation of Ahorro Inversión SURA AFISA and since 2013 he assumed the position of CEO SURA Asset Management Uruguay. Since 2019 he became part of the SURA Investment Management team as Executive Director of Distribution.

Actuary in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with an EMBA from the Universidad Austral (IAE) in the same country. In 2018 he graduated from the Senior Management Program of the ESE Business School of the Universidad de Los Andes in Chile. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

She served as CIRO Deputy since 2006 at ING and three years later he assumed the role of Business Operations and Risk Manager at the same company.

In 2012 she took responsibility for the Management of Products, Consulting and New Businesses, together with the General Management of Life Insurance of SURA Chile. In 2014 she became the Customer Manager, and, in 2017, part of Inversiones SURA Chile in the position of Vice President of Marketing and Customers.

Actuary in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She completed a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from the Catholic University of the same country. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

She began his career at Watson Wyatt Argentina and in 2005 he joined ING where he served as Latin American Corporate Senior Risk Manager.

Since 2012, María Fernanda has been part of SURA Asset Management, where she was Business Risk Manager and Regional Technical Manager. In 2018, she became part of the SURA Investment Management team, serving as CFO and then Executive Director of Business Support.

Public Accountant from the Catholic University of Uruguay, with a Master’s in Finance from the University of Montevideo and an MBA from the Business School of the same university.

In 2005 he began working at the AFAP Affinity Investment Table (Santander Group). In the purchase of ING he became the person in charge of Investments of the Pension Fund and in 2012 he was part of the launch of the first investment funds in Uruguay.

After leading the Investment, Clients and Marketing areas, in 2016 he became Vice President of SURA Investments and General Manager at SURA Investment Management Uruguay. As of 2019, he led the cross-sectional teams of SURA Asset Management in Uruguay, represented by the Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Human Talent, Marketing and Customer areas.

Graduated from Administration and Marketing from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

José Luis has 20 years of experience in the financial industry and held senior management positions at Rimac Seguros and Grupo Falabella. In 2015 he began his career at SURA Asset Management as Commercial Vice President in Peru, two years later, he assumed the role of Head of Channels for Latin America.

Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He has 35 years of experience in the Mexican financial sector, working in brokerage firms, banks, insurance companies, and microfinance entities.

He was responsible for launching Banco Interacciones in Mexico, BankBoston in its Asset Management and Private Banking Division; as well as the transition to Bank of America and the subsequent sale of this business to Grupo Financiero Santander.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of two Independent Investment Advisors and of CA Asesor Independiente. He joined SURA Asset Management México in 2021 as Executive Director of Inversiones SURA.

Biologist specializing in Chemistry and Economist specializing in macroeconomics from Florida International University. He has a Master of Science in Finance from the same university and an MBA with a major in Quantitative Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.

He completed higher education courses such as Chicago Booth’s CFO’s Executive Program and holds the GARP Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry. In 2018 Esteban joined SURA Asset Management, serving as Regional Investment Manager from the Corporate team. In 2021 he became part of the SURA Investment Management team as General Manager of Fiduciaria SURA.
